the Event
The Portland-to-Coast Walk, August 25-26, 2006, is a popular
relay for walkers. It starts in downtown Portland and finishes
at Seaside, 127 miles away.
Now in its third year, the Ten Toe Express is launching another
community-based free walking program, this time in Northeast
Portland.
Its not autumn yet, but mark your calendar for Sisters
Stride into Autumn, September 24, 2006. Walks include a 10K
and 15K; the 15K offers a spectacular view of the Three Sisters
peaks.
